Can You Harm Your Child if You Don't Get It Just Right?
Not at all! Anything you do will only benefit your baby or toddler.
Even if you don't follow through to the end, your child will only gain and grow from what you DO do.
The only pitfall to avoid - not just if we're teaching our baby to read, but in all we encourage him to do - is to be sure we don't put him under any pressure to achieve results.
Pressure creates tension which, quite apart from being very destructive to learning, can cause emotional damage.
Babies need loving not drilling. That is why our system is designed to be FUN - for both the parent and baby, so learning to read becomes a source of quality time that will deepen this special bond.
Results will come. Don't rush the journey - enjoy it!
